Service Administrator
Your new role as a Service Administrator is to provide administrative support to the onsite teams. The role requires efficient and sensitive management of communication with internal staff and candidates.

As a Service Administrator, you will:
- Work directly with onsite teams and the Recruitment Consultants to ensure accurate candidates and job orders’ details are entered into the system
- Entering job orders and referred staff data into the database
- Onboarding of referred staff and their required documents
- Assist Consultants in background checking candidates
- Conducting visa checks through the system
- Database management
- Job placements
- Sending placement details through email and SMS
- Follow up missing information from employment packs (email & SMS) and verifying contact details of current employees (email & SMS)
- Update comments on candidates’ files regarding their attendance and issues encountered during their shift
- Provide other administrative support to Recruitment Consultants as required

Expected Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, with at least basic Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of VoIP phone systems
- Experience in recruitment, preferably with Australian accounts – an advantage
